Karen Williamson was born and raised in a South Mississippi town with less than 1,200 people, the kind of town where every trip to the grocery store is a family reunion. A born athlete, Karen played soccer and softball throughout high school and college. A graduate of Belhaven University’s School of Business, Karen brings her sense of teamwork and drive to win with her to the workplace. A veteran of over seven years in insurance sales and marketing, Karen joined the Mojoloco team in 2012. A proven leader in sales and customer service, Karen serves as Head of Business Development and actively engages with new accounts and potential clients. She is always on the lookout for a match to Mojo’s unique marketing skills.
In her down time, Karen enjoys reading, hunting and water sports. Still a slugger on the softball field, Karen plays at the local park when she gets the chance. A die-hard football fanatic (Geaux Saints/Tigers!) and she is always at home at a crawfish boil. She lives near the Reservoir with her roommate, a grumpy miniature schnauzer named Chestnut, aka “The Nutter.”
