Security & Privacy- We do not automatically collect personal information about you on our web site(s).  We may collect and store information that you choose to provide to us, such as:

We track traffic patterns on our web site(s) using Google Analytics.  This program stores the following information about your visit:

GENERAL SERVICE POLICIES

Email Marketing- We provide email marketing through 3rd party vendors and diligently uphold each vendor’s terms of service.  We do not condone, support, encourage, engage, or otherwise look favorably on the use of “spam” as an effective marketing tactic.  We reserve the right to reject any client email list we deem to be non-permission-based.

Billing & Payment- All client invoices are sent via email on the 5th of each month to the authorized billing contact.  Payments are processed electronically using credit, debit, or electronic check unless otherwise agreed and arranged at the outset of your project.  All electronic payments are processed on the billing date specified in your payment agreement.  All electronic payments are subject to the terms and conditions of your proposal and payment agreement.

Creative License- Mojoloco retains full copyright ownership and/or publishing rights in all materials designed and/or created until you have paid in full for all amounts due.  Once your account is paid in full, you may use the purchased materials exactly as delivered by Mojoloco.  You may not in any way modify, make changes to, update, re-create, or otherwise alter the delivered materials without express written approval from Mojoloco.

Creative Approval- Mojoloco will notify you when approval is necessary for work to proceed. Unless additional time for review is requested by you, Mojoloco will consider work approved after five (5) business days from the date of notice.

Dispute & Refund- If a payment is processed in a manner other than what is set forth and agreed upon in your signed proposal and payment agreement, we will refund the errant charges.  Regardless of your payment agreement, no further payments will be processed while we work with you to reach an amicable resolution.  We reserve the right to discontinue service until a resolution is reached.

Web Site Hosting- Fees for web site hosting and email service begin and are assessed from the date your domain(s) are added to the web server, NOT from the date your web site(s) are launched live and made publicly accessible.  We reserve the right to suspend web site and email service for any domain(s) if payment is not made within 30 days of the due date.  We also reserve the right to assess a reactivation fee to un-suspend the account once payment is made in full.  Mojoloco is not to be held liable for failures of 3rd party web site hosting and email systems.

3rd Party Services- We often provide services through a 3rd party.  This includes, but is not limited to: printers, web site hosting providers, media outlets, email marketing services, software providers, etc.  Mojoloco is not liable for failures of 3rd party systems.

Cancellation- Regardless of agreements and proposals, you may discontinue your relationship with Mojoloco at any time and for any reason.  In this event, any fees for services provided up to the date of cancellation notice will remain due.
